Allergen Declaration
Please note that all our cakes are baked fresh in a small, but fully approved and insured 5* food hygiene kitchen, which handles all ingredients used to make all our cakes.
While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen and do not have segregated baking areas, we therefore cannot guarantee that traces of these allergens can be excluded from our cakes.
Our cakes are suitable for vegetarians, however not vegans.
All of our products are delivered with a full ingredients list including allergen information. Allergens including nuts, sesame, eggs, dairy, gluten and soya are all ingredients used in our kitchen premises.
We regret that we do not offer gluten-free brownies as industry standards require separate production areas & equipment in order to label brownies ‘gluten-free’ which we do not offer at present.
Storage and Use
When we send your order we put a best before date of 10 days from the dispatch date. We recommend that they are stored in an airtight container.
Our brownies freeze really well!
We would reccomend removing the packaging and wrapping the brownies individually so that you can take as few or as many from the freezer as you need.
Delivery Information
We post out twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
Orders placed on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be posted out on Tuesday.
Orders placed on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be posted out on Thursday.
If there is a special date that you would like the parcel to arrive for, we shall do our best to accommodate this.

Royal Mails First class Delivery Aims
The delivery dates are not guaranteed, but the Royal Mails aims to deliver in one working day. Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after dispatch.
Unfortunately we are not able to take responsibility for any delays on Royal Mail’s part, but we will always try our best to help!
Ordering in Advance
If you would like to be organised and order in advance, please provide us with the date that you would like your order to be posted (ideally a Tuesday or Thursday).
Please add your selected date and any details into the “notes” section in your shopping basket.
Busy times
As we are a small mother and daughter, independent, business please be patient with us during busy times. Please allow sufficient time for delivery when placing your order. Any final ordering date for busy times will be posted through our social media pages.
