Can I order in advance?

Of course! Just provide us with the date that you would like your order to be DESPATCHED.

Please add the dates and any details into the notes section in your shopping basket. Feel free to contact us to discuss.

Please allow time for delivery, and don’t forget its always better for a gift to arrive early! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any special requests or requirements and we will do our best to help.

When will the brownies arrive?

We offer free first class delivery, which aims to deliver your order the next working day, but is not guaranteed.

If you order before 9am on Monday-Friday we will try our best to bake and send out your order on the same day using Royal Mail.

How Long will my bakes keep for?

When we send your order we put a best before date of 7 days from the dispatch date. We recommend that they are stored in an airtight container.

Can the bakes be frozen?

Our brownies freeze really well!

We would reccomend removing the packaging and wrapping the brownies individually so that you can take as few or as many from the freezer as you need.

Are the bakes suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, with exception to the Rocky Road traybake which contains Marshmallows which contain Gelatine from animal origins

Do any of the bakes contain nuts?

Please see the ingredients lists detailed under each product in the gift shop.

The following bakes contain nuts: Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies, Pecan and Cranberry Flapjack.

ALL of our bakes are produced in a kitchen that contains nuts.
